Start with 30 mins a day.

A weight-loss journey can be hard at the best of times. When you then have to think about all the changes you need to make to your lifestyle to make it happen it can often be stressful and deter you. Other factors such as types of exercise, and how long to exercise for etc can also add to feeling demotivated. So that is why today I wanted to give you this small tip to help you get past that speed bump.

All you need to do is start with 30 mins a day. If you're brand new to exercise, it can be as basic as a 30 min power walk around the block with your beloved pooch. You then can start to build this into your daily routine, it will become second nature and no longer become a struggle. From here you can start to build in other types of workouts like bodyweight strength sessions, circuits etc, to help keep exercise fresh and motivating to keep you moving.

Slowly building yourself into your new routine is the best way to do it. You will become more comfortable with the exercise and it will seem less of a daunting and stressful task trying to decide what to do.
