Frank Terminelli

Hi I’m Frank, the proud Owner and Operator of Terminator Fitness.

I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer for over 9 years, and my passion is helping people stay fit and healthy. We have a very supportive community at Terminator Fitness, and watching people from all fitness levels achieve their goals [whilst having fun] is what makes me so happy.

My personal fitness journey started over 10 years ago, I prioritised my health and fitness and transformed not only my mind but my body too and lost over 20kg. I had my ups and downs, experiencing plateaus and setbacks. However, what kept me going was a commitment to change and knowing that I didn't want to go back to feeling unhealthy and unhappy within myself.

After making such a positive change in my own life, I knew I wanted to help others achieve the same goal.

I’m incredibly thankful for the trust of my past and present clients and proud of all their achievements. Working together, we have achieved so many goals, and now I’m excited to be able to help you achieve yours.

Natalie Georgiou

Hi, I’m Nat! I'm a Registered Yoga Teacher and also a Psychology teacher.

I love teaching yoga because it gives me the opportunity to share and introduce the benefits of yoga with others. By sharing this practice means others can also gain the benefits of yoga, just like I have. Some of these benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, increased mobility in muscles & joints, relief from body aches, and increased strength & flexibility of muscles.

I have known Frank my whole life and we both share a passion for leading a healthy lifestyle. I love that through Terminator Fitness we have been able to combine our passions with this collaboration of yoga and Bootcamp that Frank has created. It is a perfect balance of yin and yang with high-intensity workouts combined with the calming, low-intensity movement that yoga offers. By combining the two together it provides a more holistic approach to optimising your physical and mental health. Yoga compliments Bootcamp because it helps to strengthen your muscles, increase flexibility, improve your range of motion and prevent injury.

Bessy Vazzocchi

Hi, I’m Bessy, a certified Mindfulness Coach, Yoga Teacher, Pre & Postnatal Yoga Teacher and Kids Yoga Teacher.

I have over a decade of experience teaching yoga and mindfulness in schools, studios, wellbeing centres and community centres across North America and Australia.  I’ve worked with hundreds of children, teachers and families specialising in Social and Emotional Learning (SEL). 

I believe that any human being, young or old, has the power to regulate their emotions and better respond to triggering or stressful situations.

Through yoga, my students have become stronger both in mind and body as well as more self-regulated, self-aware and confident.

Born and raised in Toronto, Canada, I’m a mum, mental health advocate and teacher.
