My name is Frank Terminelli, founder and operator of Terminator Fitness. I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer for over 8 years. My passion is motivating beginners, and helping people achieve their weight loss, fitness and health goals to improve their quality of life. My personal fitness journey started over 8 years ago. Sparked by the need to feel better about myself, I committed to an exercise and diet change that revolutionised my life and saw me shed over 20kg. Like everyone that goes on their own weight loss journey, I had ups and downs, experiencing plateaus and setbacks. However, what kept me going was a commitment to change and the knowledge that I didn't want to go back to feeling unhealthy and unhappy within myself. Those who know me know that I am a determined person and when I set myself a goal I won’t stop until I achieve it. After making such a positive and transformative change in my own life, I realised I wanted to help others achieve the same goal and shifted careers into the fitness industry. I’m incredibly thankful for the trust of my past and present clients, and proud of all their achievements. Working together, we have achieved so many goals, and now I’m excited to be able to help you achieve yours.
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I deliver Personal Training in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs including indoor/outdoor Bootcamps, one one one and group mobile training in your home or in a park, and an Online Training program which includes live workouts plus loads of additional workouts and content.. I also offer one on one online coaching for those who have the motivation to do it on their own but need someone to hold them accountable!
I understand that adapting to new fitness habits is difficult and often at times it can fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
