Hi, I'm Frank. I have been a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer for over 6 years. Specialising in one on one training and group training. My personal fitness journey started over 8 years ago. Sparked by the need and want to find a love for health and fitness, I committed to my journey and shed over 20kg. Since then I haven’t looked back and after making a positive change to my own life it was time to help others. I now work and offer training for teenagers and adults of all ages and fitness levels. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey towards your positive change
With years of success and experience, I am capable of analysing your body and creating a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Most plans include healthy eating and exercise, to ensure the best results for my clients. I will work with you to keep you on track and motivated to reach your goals.
I deliver Personal Training in Melbourne and surrounding suburbs across a multitude of environments from indoor/outdoor Bootcamps, personalised training in your own home and in a Gym. I even offer online coaching for those who have the motivation to do it on their own but need someone to hold them accountable!
I understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often at times it can fail. My goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. I strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
