    Bootcamp

    Our classes are high intensity and focus on weight loss, building muscle, and improving your fitness. During the warmer months, we train outdoors and move indoors for winter. Bootcamp is also available online.

    Yoga helps awaken your sense of balance and harmony. It’s a great way to unwind from the comfort of your own home or with us in-person. No matter what your flexibility level is our classes are suitable for you!

  • PIlates Melbourne

    Pilates

    Pilates works towards building core strength, flexibility, and body control. Through precise movements and breath control, it fosters physical and mental well-being, offering a path to a balanced and agile physique.

  • Personal Training

    Fitness is not one-size-fits-all. Your supportive coach Frank will take the guesswork out of exercising and build you a customized, step-by-step training plan to help you reach your goal.

At Terminator Fitness our mission is to make health and fitness enjoyable and seamlessly fit into your lifestyle. We offer our Bootcamp classes in two ways: Train online from the convenience of your home or in-person from either Blackburn or Cranbourne.

Yoga runs in person from Blackburn and live online. If you miss an online session you can always watch the replay on demand.

Online Bootcamp Training

Our online classes run LIVE for 30-45 minutes 7 days a week. You can choose from a range of different classes from functional strength, core, conditioning & high intensity.

In-person and Online Yoga

Join our qualified yoga instructor, Nat during a guided class that will teach you yoga techniques to help improve focus, flexibility and reduce stress. Participate in our live sessions or watch on-demand at a time that’s more suitable for you.

We now offer in person yoga which runs in Blackburn on Saturday mornings. Please download our timetable for more details.

In-person Bootcamp Training

Our boot camps are like no other, they are high-intensity strength and conditioning workouts that are fun! Our classes are suitable for all fitness levels and you can join at two locations, Blackburn or Cranbourne.
