Goal Setting.

Tips for goal setting at the start of each month. 

1 - Write them down somewhere you will see them every day. 

2 - Understand what is important to you, link your goals to things of importance so you are more likely to achieve them. 

3 - Revisit goals from the previous months, did you achieve them? Why or Why not? 

4 - Make your goals realistic and achievable. You are more likely to achieve a realistic goal rather than a long term goal that is too far in the future. 

5 - Link your short term monthly goals to your long term goals to help you stay focused.
