  • Unlike a gym, we encourage our members to relax and be yourself! Our classes are inclusive and we adjust our programs depending on your needs. We also offer a flexible timetable allowing you to join in-person or online depending on your situation.

  • Find a supportive partner to workout with. That may be your partner, a friend, colleague, or a coach like me. Training with someone else helps you stay accountable and makes it more enjoyable.
