"I have been training with Frank Terminelli since August 2017. I was seeing him once a week and trained really hard on other days but wasn’t seeing many results.
This was due to the fact that I was still eating the same types and amounts of food I was preciously. In December of that year, Frank provided me with an eating guideline of how many grams of proteins, fats, carbs and fibre I should be consuming each day. It was after adopting his tailor made eating plan that the transformation really started to take place.
In the last year I have lost 15kgs and my body fat has gone from 20% down to 12%.
Frank writes me a completely new workout program every 8 weeks so I never get bored of my workouts and my body doesn’t get used to doing the same exercises. He is always on call for me to ask him questions about a particular exercise and, encourages and motivated me to lift heavier.

"I started training with Frank 14 months ago with the aim to lose 20kg fat in a healthy sustainable manner. Right from the beginning Frank was very strict but understanding. He made his expectations clear and told me what lifestyle changes I will need to make to achieve my goals. He guided me through workout program, nutrition and diet changes and other lifestyle changes. We did periodic check-ins to monitor progress and he created my programs to suit my lifestyle. He makes you work very hard but the results are completely worth it!
