Natalie (from Nat Marie Yoga) will be running all of our scheduled Yoga classes.
Natalie has been practicing yoga for almost ten years. She began yoga when it was recommended to her as a way to deal with stress and anxiety. Whilst skeptical at first she decided to give it a try and even then found she was initially very focused on the physical aspect of trying to 'get the pose right’. Once she let the perfectionism and expectations go she quickly fell in love with the practice and has been practicing ever since. She loves that there are many layers to yoga. You may initially come to yoga to work on your flexibility or to manage your stress, then as you give more to your practice you begin to see more benefits emerge in other aspects of your life. She has been teaching yoga in primary schools for the past four years and has recently started teaching adult yoga classes. Her goal is to make yoga accessible for everyone regardless of your age, background, body type or level of flexibly. She aims to provide as many options and variations of poses within her sessions to allow you to express each pose in a way that best suits your needs and your body.
Nat is also registered with Yoga Alliance.
